Before GetMyTime.com we used QuickBooks timer. It was often difficult for my employees who work off site, to get access to a computer with QB Timer installed on it, once they did they each had to send me a file to which I would have to import to QuickBooks individually. With over 50 employees this took an inordinate amount of time. With GetMyTime.com, all my employees have to do is log onto the internet from anywhere and enter their time and I only have to import one file saving me time and money.

I was simply unable to make the time management tool in QuickBooks work. We tried a different accounting software which I also couldn't make work (I'm not an accountant & I'm past the time of life when new things come easily). Our operation is quite small. Only a dozen people enter time in GMT. The best part is - I can use it without locking up and importing and exporting is as easy as goose-berry pie.

Dear GetMyTime,

I would like to thank you for having such a good time card program. We have used it for over 2 years and it has made it easy for our employees to put in their time and for me to export the time to QuickBooks for payroll.

Whenever I show a new employee how to use the GetMyTime program they always say, "Oh, that's really easy to do!" It's convenient for our employees because they can enter their at home or anywhere they have access to a computer.

Whenever I have sent an email to Customer Service with a question or a problem, I have received an answer almost immediately. David Black Associates is an architectural and engineering firm.  Our decision to utilize GetMyTime was due to disparity and inoperability of the Quickbooks Timer feature bundled with Quickbooks Pro.  We encountered numerous technical difficulties with the timer software and an absence of support from Intuit.  As we sought out other alternatives that would increase our accounting and billing efforts, GetMyTime seemed like the perfect solution.  As we have found, it was!  GetMyTime has been easy to use.  Bill accuracies and accounting efficiency has dramatically improved with the easily accessible features and services of GetMyTime.com.

GetMyTime has been a valuable tool for providing a process for our employees, whether on or off-site, to efficiently enter their individual employee time logs.  This freedom allows our employees to enter their daily time to meet their schedule.  Our office internet connection provides each of our employees access to GetMyTime.com and their individual time entry screens.  This eliminates paper logs, and the administrative overhead to manually enter the time logs into Quickbooks. Subsequently, our billing has fewer errors resulting in invoices being accurately processed faster.
