- WEB SITE TRANSITION
- On Friday, March 25, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. EST, the GetMyTime.com Web
site will be unavailable for approximately four hours. During this
time, we will be moving the site to a new host company in an effort
to better meet your needs. We are confident this move will provide
you with a more reliable and responsive service.
- ACTIVITY REPORTS UPDATE
- The Job Focus reports have been added back to the Activity Reporting page.
- APPROVING TIME
- Three new buttons have been added to the Search/Approve Time page.
- Confirm All - Use this button to confirm all Time entries on the Search/Approve Time page
- Approve ALL - Use this button to Approve all confirmed time entries on the Search/Approve Time page
- Confirm/Approve All - Use this button to Confirm and Approve all Time entries on the Search/Approve Time page
- APPROVING TIME
- The Approved/Unexported Time page is now Confirmed/Unexported Time.
This page is for the employee to reopen any time entries that have
been confirmed before the admin approves and export the time to quickbooks.
- IMPORTANT NOTE ON EXPORTING TIME
- We have been receiving many questions about exporting time. Please
remember that all time must by Confirmed and Approved before it can
be exported to QuickBooks. Please use the Search/Approve Time page
to confirm and approve all time the needs to be exported to QuickBooks.
